Innovation driven

Gandour Consultores is no ordinary consulting company; their work relies heavily on innovation, design, and process. It was obvious that their office design should enable and reinforce their work method instead of limiting it. After a profound analysis of the existing team members and their interaction, we encountered three main work instances: individual, group, and leisure.

A workplace for ideas

What is most important is that regardless of the work environment, everything revolves around ideas. Ideas should be discussed or portrayed in any of these instances and the surface of walls is where many of them can reside.

Ideation process

An ideas and innovation-driven workplace requires a design that goes beyond the common standards and practices. It required the exploration of an efficient design that could create within a single intervention a range of multiple spaces, each one with individual requirements to meet the organization's culture. Several iterations of the layout and workshops with the clients led to the final solution, one that stands out of the typical workplace design.

A folded wall

Gandour Consultores new offices are composed of a single wall folded within the space in order to create different work, meeting, and leisure areas. Thanks to the concept, each space is articulated one after another with only one gesture.
